All offers are limited to available stock on hand, unless otherwise noted and no rain checks will be accepted. Offers and promotions have no cash value and cannot be sold or traded. Orders & Billing
Information submitted through this website should be both truthful and accurate. Falsifying information or submitting incomplete or inaccurate information may result in the cancellation of your order or account. If it is deemed necessary, Walton's may request additional information before accepting and shipping an order. Walton's reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to reasons like limitations on available stock for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounting department. If Walton's cancels your order, your original payment method will be issued a credit in the same amount of the authorization/charge. Walton's will attempt to contact you if part or all of your order is cancelled.
By completing and submitting your purchase in the final step of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s). Most orders will be charged the same day an order is submitted. Most orders ship from our warehouse in the same business day, but if it cannot ship, we will attempt to contact the customer (typically by email) with an updated status. Walton's will ensure that the card details are accurate and you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction, otherwise an order may be held to complete a manual review process to check against fraud.
Shipping
When ordering from Walton's, we do everything we can to ship all orders the same day they are placed, if they are entered before 5pm Central Time. Economy and Expedited shipping options do not come with a guaranteed delivery date, but we select carriers based upon the estimated delivery times see on our Shipping Map page. Walton's will not be liable for any loss, claim, or damage caused due to the failure or delay in delivery when it is the direct or indirect result of an event caused by an act of God, transportation issues, act or war or military action, or act of the buyer, or by any circumstance that is outside of Walton's Inc.'s sensible regulation.
Product Pricing
Walton's cannot confirm pricing until an order is placed. Walton's carefully checks pricing and product specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to change any price without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or product errors, with no further commitments to you, even after an order confirmation or other notice from Walton's. Pricing may also vary on the Walton's website, printed catalogs, and physical stores. Our physical stores do not honor internet or catalog pricing.
Receiving Your Product/Damage Claims
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect their shipment from Walton's before accepting delivery and signing for the shipment. Any negligence in not noting damage with the parcel carrier may constitute an inability to make a claim for damages during shipping. Walton's must be notified within 1-2 business days of receiving any damaged shipment. All products, boxes, containers, packaging materials, etc. must be kept.
